We use lots of free apps at INTRA. The main reason is to show that you don't have to spend lots of money to buy a program or subscription to make flyers, edit video or build a website. Here are some of our favourites:

We use Google Workspace which is free for not-for-profit and you can do a lot with a free gmail account including collaborative docs, websites, forms, analytics, cloud storage, calendar and more

Trello - a great project management tool for fans of kanban
